Ingredients
1.5 cups of flour
1 tbsp of baking powder
1/2 cup of sugar
1/4 cup of melted butter
1 egg
1/2 cup of milk & 1 tsp of vinegar
1/4 cup of kefir, yogurt, or sour cream
1 lb of rough chopped strawberries
Cooking Instructions
Mix dry ingredients
Add wet ingredients
Add strawberries
Fill donut pan (that has been sprayed)
with 1/3 cup of batter
Bake at 350 for roughly 20 minutes
Note:
spray your measuring cup with pan spray for distributing batter, it’s a slick trick.
