I create new menus for each week based on your families nutritional needs & culinary interests. Meal prep consists of 4-6 hours, and will feed you & your family a variety of snacks, breakfasts, lunches, dinners etc. The amount & types of meals is totally customizable.

Grocery shopping is handled by you & I together through a delivery entity.

I plan, I cook, & I clean!
