Ingredients
1 ripe peach (make sure it’s soft to the touch but with no visible bruising.)
1 ripe mango (yellow mangos are my fave)
1 habanero seeds removed
1/2 jalapeño seeds removed
1/2 sweet onion
1 bunch of cilantro
1 juicy lime
You can also add a colorful bell pepper if you want!
Cooking Instructions
Pulse in processor or finely chop everything. Add salt to taste. Let sit for a bit to let the flavors meld.
