Ingredients
About 3 cups of flour - depending on the climate.
1 Packet of instant yeast or active dry yeast (or 2.5 teaspoons)
1 cup of hot water
1 tbsp of honey or sugar
2 tbsp of olive oil
1 tsp of salt
Cooking Instructions
Mix the yeast with the water and sugar. Whisk well and set aside for 5-10 minutes until it is foamy.
Add in the flour, sugar and olive oil. Stir with a wooden or use a mixer with a dough hook until it comes together, it will be SLIGHTLY sticky but not super sticky, if it's super sticky add more flour a little at a time until it's touchable and can form into a somewhat smooth mass. Grease well and set aside or roll onto your pizza pan or sheet tray while you get your toppings ready. Top off with your favorite toppings and cook at 450 for 10 minutes or until crust is lightly golden brown.
