Baked Banana French Toast

Baked Banana French Toast

Ingredients

4 Bananas

6 Eggs

1 ¾ cups of milk (dairy free works good)

¼ cup of sweetener of choice (if using honey, use a little extra)

1 tsp of cinnamon

1 loaf of bread torn into medium size pieces


Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375.

Mix everything except the bread and bananas. 

Layer the torn bread and bananas going bread, bananas, bread, bananas until used up. 

Pour the mix over it and press down the bread until everything is coated.

Bake 375 for 20-30 minutes until the liquid is soaked up and it looks a bit puffed up and feels firm to the touch.
